| To view the progress of your recent orders, you must
first login to your account go to "My Account" if you are already logged
in You will see your most recent orders, alternatively you can click
on "My Orders" under the "My Account" menu to view your previous orders.
Under the Status column you can see the progress of your order.
Below are the status variables and what they mean.
Pending - You will usually only see this if you just placed
your order.
Processing - We are currently picking and packing your order.
Complete - Your order is already packaged and in queue for
shipping or has already been shipped.
When your order is complete, you can continue on to find your
Tracking Number to track your shipment. Please allow a couple of hours
for your Tracking Number to register in the system. |
