Returns & Replacements

Faulty returns are repaired or replaced according to the manufacturers warranty.

Change of mind returns are accepted with unopened packaging and when you contact us within 7 days upon receiving items, a refund less 20% to cover for restocking will apply.

Postage, Return shipping and other administration fees are not refundable.

You will be issued a cheque when your returns are Processed.

Notebook Accessories, Software, Software License Keys and Consumables cannot be returned unless faulty.
