- To add a product you wish to purchase, you can click on the silver "add to cart" button at anytime on any of the category description or product description pages, you may also define the quantity if you wish to add multiple items. The item you selected is now added to your virtual shopping cart, you may continue shopping or checkout at any time.

- 95% of all orders at Project M is shipped via Fastway
Couriers, the remaining 5% is shipped via Australia Post to remote and
international locations.
- So How Much Does Shipping Cost?
- Shipping Costs varies for different items, we do
however offer flat rate shipping as well as Free shipping for all orders over $300.
To check for exact postage costs simply add the items you like to your cart and
then click "VIEW CART" near the top right of the page. Once you are on the
shopping cart page you can enter your State and postcode then click "GET QUOTE"
to get an estimate of the total shipping costs.

Viewing Orders
To view the progress of your orders or archive orders, you must first login by clicking "Login" in the top grey navigation bar. Enter your email address and password to log into your account. Once logged in, you will see your most recent orders, alternatively you can click on "My Orders" under the "My Account" menu to view your archived orders.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, you must first login by clicking "Login" in the top grey navigation bar. Enter your email address and password to log into your account, you may also register for a FREE account if you don't already have one. Once logged in, you can use the "My Account" menu on the left to update your information, you can also use this menu to edit your address book, product reviews, tags, newsletter and wish lists.
Returns & Replacements
Faulty returns are repaired or replaced according to the manufacturers warranty.Change of mind returns are accepted
with unopened packaging and when you contact us within 7 days upon receiving items, a refund less 20% to cover for restocking
will apply, postage and other administration fees are not refundable. You will
be issued a cheque when your returns are Processed.
Notebook Accessories, Software, Software License Keys and Consumables cannot be returned unless faulty.
